This is a terms of service (abbreviated "TOS") agreement between 2 (two) human being entities. The role of the human being entity 1 (one), hereafter also known as the service provider (abbreviated "SP"), is assumed by me, a human being entity named Kalevi Kolttonen. The role of the human being entity 2 (two), hereafter known as the service user (abbreviated "SU"), is assumed by you, the human being user who is right now reading this TOS.
If the SU disagrees with the definitions provided so far, the SP asks the SU to immediately leave this information service, the precise meaning of which will be defined later in this TOS.
A notification message (abbreviated "NM") is a message that is publically displayed on this information service with the sole and explicit purpose of publically notifying of a certain event that has already taken place, or is currently taking place, or will take place in the future. An NM can also be an electronic mail message that originates from the kolttonen.fi domain, using kolttonen.fi domain in the envelope sender address and using kolttonen.fi domain in the header from address, and is destined to one or more SUs. An NM can also be a currently unspecified message, using currently unspecified syntax and semantics, that originates from the SP and is destined to one or more SUs, and is transported to one or more SUs using a currently unspecified communications channel, and a currently unspecified communications protocol. This definition of NM is always subject to change without obliging the SP to publish or deliver any kind of NMs to any SUs. In addition, the SU must agree that all definitions presented in this TOS are subject to change without obliging the SP to deliver any kind of NMs to any SUs. The SP also hereby explicitly reserves the exclusive and irrevokable right to delete any number of existing definitions presented in this TOS, and also hereby explicitly reserves the exclusive and irrevokable right to add any number of new definitions into this TOS. Neither of the aforementioned SP operations, in other words, deleting any number of existing definitions, or adding any number of new definitions, obliges the SP to publish or deliver any kind of NMs to any SUs. If the SU disagrees with any parts hereby presented in this TOS, the SP asks the SU to immediately leave this information service, the precise meaning of which will be defined later in this TOS.
A service interruption (abbreviated "SI") is a short, transient period, or a longer, indefinitely sustained period, or something falling in between the aforementioned short, transient period, and the aforementioned longer, indefinitely sustained period, during which the information service, the precise meaning of which will be defined later in this TOS, is not available to one or more SUs. By availability the SP means that the information service, the precise meaning of which will be defined later in this TOS, is reachable and usable. By reachable the SP means that the information service, the precise meaning of which will be defined later in this TOS, provided by the SP, is reachable by the SU. By usable the SP means that the information service, the precise meaning of which will be defined later in this TOS, provided by the SP, is usable by the SU.
By the information service (abbreviated "IS") offered by this site www.kolttonen.fi the SP means making available all the content and intellectual property contained here on www.kolttonen.fi. The IS is hereby declared to be subject to any kind of changes, SIs, or even permanent termination without obliging the SP to publish or deliver any kind of NMs to any SUs.
By using the www.kolttonen.fi IS the SU automatically enters into a legally binding, irreversible contract with the SP, and the SU must agree not to sue, harass, misrepresent, tease or annoy the SP, or in any way interfere with the ways that the SP decides to provide the IS. Alternatively, the SU can ignore all the TOS terms presented here, and freely continue using the IS provided by the SP, without any kind of TOS obligations whatsoever. The SP really does not give a fuck. By not giving a fuck, the SP means that the SP does not care about what the SU does with the IS provided by the SP. Happy surfing and have fun.
